A Message from:
The Kew Gardens Civic Association

The Kew Gardens Civic Association was originally organized in March 1914 "to promote, advance and protect the interests of the property owners of Kew Gardens." It was incorporated under the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York in 1972. A later version of its constitution reiterated these objectives by the wordage "to promote the property, public and social interests of the homeowners of Kew Gardens."

Since then the Association has maintained a high level of civic responsibility in support of the growth of Kew Gardens and the surrounding community. With the incorporation of the Association and the adoption of By-Laws, tribute was paid to the long and honored history of the Association. The heritage and traditions of its predecessor unincorporated Association remain a guide to the current and future activities of the Kew Gardens Civic Association, Inc.

Membership, limited to homeowners and lessees of one-, two-, and three-family homes, is $20 per year.
