Grenfell Avenue

"Grenfell" is a variation of "Greenfield" - an apt name for this vintage picture postcard. This circa 1907 picture shows the woodland patches and open fields of North Richmond Hill. A magnifying glass reveals a distant roadside billboard about a planned new community. It reads:
Kew Gardens in
Richmond Hill
A Park of 300 Acres
15 Minutes to [Pennsylvania Station?]
New York Office
Marbridge Building
[hidden] 34th Street and Broadway
