The black line shows the Kew Gardens / Richmond Hill border according to the Kew Gardens Civic Association (March 1995). It is almost identical to the border described by the New York Times in 1985 (see previous page). The only difference is that the Kew Gardens Civic Association has the border one half block south of 85th Avenue.
