The San Jose

"Another example [of walk-up apartment houses] is the San Jose Apartments (1928) ... . The apartments were quite varied in layout, with floor-through one and two bedroom units... . The San Jose's amenities were certainly not those of Kew Hall or the Mowbray, yet both kinds of apartment buildings existed in this burgeoning new community."
