The black line shows the Kew Gardens / Richmond Hill border according to The Queens Chamber of Commerce Data Sheet (Aug. 18, 1977). Notice how the Queens Chamber of Commerce considered the west side of Lefferts Boulevard between Abingdon Road and Metropolitan Avenue to be Richmond Hill.
