Here's the New York Times writing in 1984:
"The community's [i.e., Richmond Hill's] generally accepted boundaries are . . . Forest Park, Myrtle and Jamaica Avenues to the north . . . ."Compare this with what the Times said in another article less than a year later (see next page).
